Global developers gather, the Pi ecosystem welcomes a wave of innovation

Since registration opened on August 15, over 2,100 developers have signed up, and more than 900 are still looking for teammates.

Pi official stated that this hackathon adopts an "open theme" model, encouraging developers to create any applications that can integrate Pi into payment, authentication, community interaction, and other scenarios, as long as they meet the requirements for coin and ecosystem integration on the mainnet.

Bonus Pool Allocation and Incentive Mechanism

A total prize pool of 160,000 Pi will be distributed among multiple awards:

Champion: 75,000 Pi

Pi Coin Price Reaction and Market Observation

According to CoinGecko data, Pi coin (PI) rose 2.73% to $0.361 on the day of the hackathon launch, reversing the downward trend of the past few weeks. However, the coin is still down 9.23% over the past week, with a monthly decline of 24.53%.
