Digital Currency Group (DCG) has sued its bankrupt subsidiary Genesis Global Capital to recover over $105 million plus interest. DCG pointed out that it voluntarily provided Genesis with a $1.1 billion promissory note after the collapse of Three Arrows Capital in 2022 to cover accounting losses. With the market rebound, Genesis has recovered more than the promissory note amount through related collateral assets. (The Block)
