Nansen Partners With Metis to Deliver Advanced Onchain Analytics to Ethereum Layer-2

Nansen has collaborated with Metis, an Ethereum Layer-2 protocol and next generation of Ethereum systems, to enable institutional-level analytics for developers, those using projects in the ecosystem, and those wishing to invest in the Metis ecosystem

This new partnership will add transparency to data and actionable insights and provide a tool set to drive Metis ecosystem growth in DeFi, games, AI, and decentralized infrastructure.

This will be a significant move by both platforms in their reaction to the developing intricacies of scaling in Ethereum.

Strengthening Metis with Nansen’s Deep On-Chain Intelligence

The Metis Layer-2 network consists of a two-network Layer-2 chain: Andromeda, which is used to run secure general-purpose dApps, and Hyperion, which is developed to support high-performance AI-optimized execution

The combination of the two networks works together to run a multi-network ecosystem, which enables the developers to scale the Web3 applications effectively and securely.

Nansen integration will offer the Metis community the benefit of new analytics tools, such as wallet monitoring, its ecosystem dashboard, on-chain analytics, etc. We will introduce the tools in phases, likely pushing the first feature set towards the end of the quarter.

Nansen CEO Alex Svanevik described it as Metis building a scalable, permissionless, and community-owned web3 economy. Such a collaboration places the knowledge in the hands of their users so that they can go through a changing ecosystem and make wiser choices.

A Milestone for Ethereum Layer-2 Visibility

Due to the increase in developers of Metis and decentralized applications, the need to have credible, evident data has never been more relevant

The integration offers users the ability to see trends, view dApp performance, and have a more accurate view of dApp behavior on-chain.

Metis CEO Tom Ngo put the larger goal forth: “We are creating AI-compatible infrastructure on decentralized economies. The collaboration with Nansen provides us with the opportunity to provide the analytics required by our community to prosper.”

The partnership between Metis and Nansen will make both companies leaders in the Layer-2 development phase, where being open and having quick information are essential for building trust and encouraging use in the decentralized future.
