She stated that developers of Open Source privacy software should not be held responsible for the actions of others using their code.
As the verdict in the case of Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm is about to be announced, Peirce pointed out that privacy protection technologies, the self-custody rights of cryptocurrencies, and the rights of open source privacy software developers should all be protected.
