According to the latest report from on-chain data analysis experts, since July 10, a series of addresses have purchased a large amount of Ethereum (ETH) through multiple channels. Although these addresses do not belong to the same entity, they have cumulatively acquired an astonishing 790,000 ETH, worth approximately $2.89 billion at current market prices, with an average purchase price of $3,510.
This large-scale hoarding behavior has attracted widespread attention in the market. Among them, an account with the address 0xdbf...2ff purchased 44,983 ETH through the FalconX platform in a single transaction, worth approximately $166 million, with a transaction price of $3,805 per ETH. Another noteworthy address, 0xdf0...EF3, bought 23,314 ETH through the Galaxy Digital platform in just 7 hours, worth nearly $88.27 million. The total purchase volume of this address in the last 24 hours reached 62,966 ETH, with a total value of approximately $232 million, and the average purchase price per ETH was $3,820.
This large-scale ETH accumulation behavior may indicate that some investors hold an optimistic view on the future development of Ethereum. However, some analysts also warn that such concentrated large transactions may have a short-term impact on the market price of ETH. Investors should be cautious when making investment decisions and fully consider market volatility and potential risks.
With the continuous development of the Ethereum ecosystem and the upcoming network upgrade, market attention on ETH is steadily increasing. Whether this wave of accumulation signifies that ETH is about to welcome a new round of price increase, or if it is merely a strategy of large investors, still requires further observation of market trends to draw a conclusion.
