[The regulatory storm is not over, how long can HOOD long positions hold on?]

Robinhood's stock price is once again approaching $100, with a total market value of approximately $87 billion. Recently, the Florida Attorney General has launched an investigation into its cryptocurrency business, casting a shadow of regulatory scrutiny; meanwhile, FT data shows that HOOD's 72×PE significantly surpasses its peers, indicating that its valuation may have already exhausted future growth.

The short-term long positions atmosphere in options is strong — today's option trading volume is 653,000 contracts, which is 123% higher than the 30-day average, with a Put/Call ratio of only 0.41; however, the open interest Put/Call ratio remains at 0.60, indicating that medium to long-term investors prefer hedging. The 30-day implied volatility is 74.7%, with an IV Rank of 45%, which, while not as high as the peak in April, still leaves room for volatility ahead of earnings reports.

Multiple investment banks have target prices around $100; however, regulatory storms and high valuations may also suppress resilience.
